MATERNA’s approach to enable MVNOs is to offer a fully modular solution. It is the choice of the MVNO which parts of the value chain should be covered by the MVNE, and what should better be re-used on the MVNO side. Based on our own experience, we will be able to assist you with valuable business consulting to create the optimal value-chain solution for you.
For example, a triple-play operator would like to offer their customers SIM cards with special bundles. MATERNA would support this business by implementing the bundle tariff based on wholesale products on the real-time charging platform which is part of the MVNE infrastructure, but build interfaces to the MVNO’s existing CRM system so that the MVNO can re-use their proven business processes, work flows, and customer care resources.
